1983-P Washington Quarter Mint Mark Varieties

Noticed what looked like high and low or near/far P mint mark several years back and saved them.

Never knew for certain if it was an illusion due to wear, bad eyes, or die varieties.

Opinions welcomed and I would like to know how common the varieties are (if they are varieties). I don't pay much attention to circulation quarters.

If I remember right,MM were hand punched into each die up till 1990.1989 was the last year they hand punched MM's,so the MM can vary a little and is considered normal.
