Please-Help-Grade-These-1878-S-Morgans


New to collecting here, so be gentle.....but honest. Which of these two Morgans would you keep in your collection, and why ? (I'm still on the learning curve so all comments are helpful) Thanks in advance !

The one on the left looks to have a little more wear. It is hard to tell from the photo, but the right-hand coin looks to maybe have been cleaned? And judging from the area immediately around the letters in 'dollar' and some of the other devices, it looks to me that the left coin may have suffered a cleaning years ago, also.

All things considered, I'd keep the left coin. That is just my humble opinion, and I'm sticking to it.

A photo from directly above might be better because it's a bit hard to be certain about the details from this angle.7

Yeah, I'm sure that would help. I'll try to conjure up a better method to get on top of these......need an easel, ideally. Oh, well. Will post better better pics when I can. Thanks, y'all !
