Yes,please post photos,as there were no Canadian proof coins in 1968 Perhaps you are confusing "cameo" with "proof"

Seems like only the obverse is proof (I think), if you don't see that clear, what I see is that the bust is white-like and the back is very reflective.

A coin doesn't have to be valuable to be pleasing to the eye and collectable I'm glad there are a lot of nice affordable coins such as this out there
