Mintmark (if it had one) is located on the reverse of the coin to the left of the eagle tail feathers and below the letters "ONE". The 1927-P is the second lowest total mintage coin in the Peace dollar series (net mintage was 848,000 coins). Based on the photos your coin appears to have been heavily cleaned at some point ... I would say XF details, cleaned. A problem-free XF45 1927 Peace would sell for around $40 .... David Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art Report this Post to the Staff
