What do think about this dime? To my eyes, it appears cleaned, but I'm unsure by how much--and how it affects overall grade/value. Give it your best--thanks!

I would probably call it a VG10 cleaned. Value of around $15 or so.

No, I am not an expert on varieties or die pairs, so the quoted value is assuming a standard 1839O dime.
