I agree - Coin Manage does what I want. I had spreadsheets and was going to write an Access program to do it, but for $50 coin manage is great.

I am happy using a spreadsheet, but I do not require much more than a sortable list.

Agree with Excel, you can really do a lot with a spreadsheet, very easy to add columns and rows.

OpenOffice is a dead end. LibreOffice is its successor (technically a fork).
