Can't complain with their service. I placed an order around 10am today and received an email this afternoon that my order has shipped.

I had purchased a coin off ebay from them and have used them to purchase Dansco albums. I find them to be a good provider also |

When you get an email that an item has shipped, I think it sometimes is because the seller has printed out his/her own postage paid shipping label and it kicks out an email to you. I myself have been paid on many occasions and happened to be heading to the PO that afternoon and pack up an item I was just paid for and shipped it same day. Then I send a personal email with a tracking number and a friendly note to let the buyer know "it's on the way" when I get back home. I am not a large volume seller, I have had almost 100 items up at the same time on a few occasions but I don't sell very much at all on ebay anymore unless I know I will get top dollar even after fees for something, rather than anywhere else. |

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them they had listed on ebay. They don't take Paypal anymore, but I just call them up and then settle up via credit card. |

Yea, I usually go to Valley coin for my supplies. Good prices, fast ship. And they really work with you when you have problems.

Another plus,
I put in an order last night and selected "Priority mail - Ship anyway" which means ship regardless of the cost. It was estimated at $22. I received a call from Chris today letting me know that shipping would be $50 and gave me other options that were acceptable that brought the shipping down to $25.
Not many online retailers will do that. Great guys at that shop.

Very fast shipping, and they almost always have what you need in stock. I never have had to use the expedite/priority option, most orders get to me in two business days. I don't know how much $$$ they lose with the $5.49 shipping charge, as what I order from them usually is coin supplies in bulk, and sent priority mail anyway. They have the best pricing on smaller quantities of direct-fit and ring air-tites, and competitive prices on the cases of 250 holders. The only time they held an order was for bullion coins paid by check, that took awhile, however I received regular email updates since they were out of one coin, and honored my buy price a few weeks later, after gold shot up $70 in the interim. Awesome service.

I bought some Dansco albums from them a couple of weeks ago. With the flat rate shipping, could not find a better deal overall.
