Take a look at this already sold item by this seller:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/130564617810

Now take a look at this new item up for sale:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/LARGE-US-SI...em1e669c1779

Three pictures in common with both auctions. Winning bidder on auction #1 leaves positive feedback, but notice only 3 transactions. One of the previous 2 transactions with same seller but more than a year earlier.

What do you all think- shill bidding/shady? Also look at the bidding pattern in the first auction- mostly newbies bidding the item up.

Yeah...obviously, somebody cannot win coins that are pictured in two auctions--or perhaps nobody will. That should be reported.
I'm just as leery of a high-ticket auction that states "TOO LARGE TO INDIVIDUALLY LIST BUT WILL GIVE YOU THE OVERVIEW".
Who in their right mind would bid $$$ on that?

People with money to burn? I don't know of anybody like that personally, though. Most everyone I know is struggling to scrape by.

Can't imagine how much ebay charged him in seller's fees on that $14k.

You are correct they are the same photos in both auctions. If you want to buy that much bullion then I would go buy it in person or from a well known dealer in pm's.

cointagous has the right idea. You want a reputable source with whom you can verify the products in person. ebay is hardly the right environment for precious things.
