I have a question.
I was going through some coins that were given to me and I found an odd Indian Head penny its an 1860 and it is not on the normal planchet that the rest of my indian head pennies are on however it is on a similiar planchet of some Flying Eagle cents that I have.
1. is it possible to of found an error coin?
2. what do I do to verify this.
3. anyone have an estimated thought on value.
4. anyone have any input.

That's because Indian Head cents from 1860 were struck on the same Cupro-nickel planchets as were Flying Eagle cents. It is normal.
