Just nudging EF40, but judging from the hazy areas around the devices and relatively "clean" fields, I believe this one's recovering from a cleaning. Therefore that's an "XF Details" grade, and probably around a $225-250 coin, losing $100+ of value to the cleaning.
That "hazy around the letters/devices, but clean fields" appearance is a classic sign that the surfaces have been messed with in the past. It's technically possible to achieve such a look by having the coin get that dark first, and then circulate for quite a while so handling rubs the fields clean again, but it ain't likely.
