That's OK....We all started out the same..and ...to the forum.

I think this is a medal instead of a coin, hard to tell by the pictures but it appears it has some residue on the back side and scratch marks which may indicate that it could have been scrapped off of some thing..

Hopefully some one that knows will chime in..

To add more than one picture to the same post just click on the Upload Image link and it will add all the pictures you want..

From your post, it seems that you had uploaded another image before this one. Each image that you upload needs to have a unique name or it will overwrite the previous upload. Please post again in this topic and upload your first image so that our members will have both images to work with to help in identification.

I tried to do as you said and upload both pics. The first one loaded and now the box to upload image does nothing when I click on it. I cancelled and tried again, and it wouldn't upload anything. Anyway, the stuff on this piece is tarnish of some kind, it picked up sitting for years in a tupperware thingy with a bunch of other stuff. I got it in a box at a flea market, in Vermont from a man that cleans barns and old attics.
It it very heavy, solid metal. The front has a woman holding a bird on it. The printing appears to be Chinese?I'll try the uploader later today

Oh, and the field of printing, is raised, so this is not flat and couldn't have been stuck to anything originally. I think the scratches are use and poor storage.
