The top one is a copy of a 2 att coin but the date is wrong. Yours is dated RS1248(AD1887). The earliest issue was for RS1249. I think it's a relatively modern piece to be sold as a good luck charm as Rama V is held in very high esteem in Thailand. The second one is a relatively modern commemorative medallion. It features King Mongkut (Rama IV) and the date BE2394(AD1851) which was the year of his coronation. The reverse does say 1 att, pie but no coins were ever issued for circulation with Rama IV's image on them.
