Just wondering everyone's opinion, does this cent look cleaned? or original surface?

Opinions on whether it's the angle of the lighting?

It looks MS, but lacking luster. So dipped, cleaned or something; IMO

the fields look almost "too clean" to me... I can't see a single hit on the coin.

A larger pic of both the obverse and reverse will help if it's possible.

It actually reminds me of the oversize, novelty paperweights.

Soft, lack luster appearance. More than likely dipped.

The fields above and below the motto and above the date, but it might just be compression artifacts that I'm seeing. Almost like someone tried to run a blur filter or smudge tool to clean it up. Just an impression I get though - I'm not expert. I assume the coin is not yours?
