St Vincent De Paul comfort of the downtrodden.

St Vincent was a C17th French priest notable for his work for the poor and the former galley slaves. I believe that his present day charities are well known in Australasia.

There are a lot of St Vincent De Paul charities in Ireland too. This looks like a copy of something - the surfaces look rather poor
