"Housed in a black Capital holder."

Looks like a white holder in the picture to me.

Good luck with what you actually end up with.

That is not a Mint Set but it is not an original government packaging(OGP) Proof Set either. The coins are proof but that is an aftermarket Capitol holder. Personally, I would avoid that set as the photos are too small to see if any of the coins have hairlines.

The holder is held together by plastic screws so the coin can be rotated to the proper orientation.

Adding it up coin by coin for PF63, I got a value of 33 bucks. I wouldnt go any higher on grade because as biokemist said, pics are too small to see enough detail to go any higher. If you really like the set, split the difference and make an offer of 39 bucks and see what he says.

cd, it says white holder in the item heading. He likely used the same description from another item and missed changing that. I have done the same myself. Not sure how something that simple deserves the "home of lies, misinformation and the land of confusion". Considering this is a 13 year seller with a 100% positive feedback on over 4000 ratings, I am quite sure you would get exactly what you ordered.
