What does it say on the holder?
That's as valid as any opinion you'll get here,ICCS pretty much sets the acceptable standard for Canadian coins though they are sometimes inconsistent lately.
If the holder says less than MS64,you've got a nice bullion value coin

ICCS rates it an MS-64. I had read here and elsewhere about the recent inconsistency, so I just wanted to see what the consensus would be.

This coin looks to me to have come from a BU roll, if that is the case (and we may never know) a grade of MS-63 should have been given by ICCS, this is of course just the way I am viewing this.(and I am unanimouse in this decision)..
