Its a Nero provential, but I will have to find the reference. Give me a bit.

I'm not 100%, but I think your coin looks like this one:

Nero AE30 of Perinthos, Thrace. NERW KLAUDIOS KAISAR SEBASTOS, laureate head left / PERIN QIWN, two lines in oak wreath. Moushmov 4421.

If this is not your coin, I think we are looking in the right direction.
