I was wondering too, what might be a good way to conserve the 1737 and remove/neutralize the green?

Maybe it's just a scratch? I specialize in overdates, and it looked promising, like a 3/0

$45 for the Peso, $15 for the 1R, and 25 for the 2R.

I wish I had an example of a 3/0 I could post. If I find an one, I post it later. In the meantime, here's a pic showing how overdates look.

Lol, I know what overdates are and look like. I meant more of the specific variety. Some times there are very subtle markers.
But as you said you don't have a specific example.

Right--I have few Mexico overdates, it was just a hunch.
