Any Idea about this note? there is extra paper attached in the corner, looks like a fold/cut error? any added value? Again it is not ripped it is attached?

It sure looks like an error to me. As for added value...well, the bigger the error (it seems) the more it is worth. So I think you have a small error but I think you may find a collector willing to pay more than face value for it.

By the way, I am very new to this so wait for the experts to reply.

I am not really familiar with paper money errors so I can't say for sure. You might get more responses if this was posted in the paper money forum.

It's a paper folding error, obvious once cut and unfolded.

Relatively small and common, as a dealer, I'd be happy to get a $5 premium ($25).

Being torn a bit will impact the value, a cashier might have done that to get it to fit in a cash register drawer. Contrast it with this small cutting error-
