Maybe I've been looking at this coin too long, because what appears to be an easy ID based on the fairly clear legend is stumping me. There is no reverse left corroded away.
Must admit - the bust looks very little like him, looks very youthful.
Usually Claudius, Quintillus and Gallienus can be spotted a mile of as they are all very similar and quite different from the other busts of the 3rd century. I can see why you might look twice.
