They would only have a future in banking if they could figure out how to pass that $500 loss onto the consumer Ed. They should stick with government.

With the silver price down the US mint had suspended pricing on their silver for repricing the site said. Well today actually last night the Proof sets went back for sale with No price change. Who knows what will happen with the rest of it but Gold and Platinum Eagles came down some more with Pt at 1792 for the proof almost 100 less than gold eagles
Rest in Peace

The way it is wrote it sounds like you are saying that they are lossing $500 an ozt. My advice would be to lock the doors if they are lossing $500 an ozt and get a real job.

My reply was to Lion4Life, but you saw exactly what my point was. If you're losing $500 every time you sell $1300 worth of milk (gold, whatever), it's time to find another vocation.

Not a problem, Nod. I am sure that they would claim that passing along that $500 loss was for "the good of the children" or some similar nonsense.

Maybe, I sound a little callous, but I have a family to feed, cars and trucks that need fuel, and stack of bills just like everyone else. So it's off to work I go to make money.
