How much would you buy a roll of Barber half dollars for? 20 coins. They are about average condition.

Well, a roll of 20 would be just under $265 at melt, so spot plus 10% would put you about $291. If they're all common circ's I'd shoot for something in between.

Well, spot is... spotty this week, so I'd shoot for spot or lower.

Are you bidding or making an offer?

If making an offer, offer spot from the low point this week.

If you're bidding and you really want them, bid a little higher than spot and if you don't get them, find another... (though I have a feeling that's not the kind of thing that surfaces often?) =)

If they are average circulated and common dates, then probably around spot to slightly above spot. Check if you could look through the roll to see if they are all just common dates or if there are some better dates.
Rest in Peace

I would try to grab one of the rolls on ebay that has better dates, but still goes for around melt.

I don't recall ever seeing a roll of barbers sell for melt + 10% on epay, more like melt X 2! If they go cheaper than that, I must've blinked.
