Was browsing an online coin store (I usually just buy supplies at those sites, but I still look), and they had a 1954 Jefferson nickel PF65 listed for $4.

I jumped on it, expecting that I would get some MS coin or the order would get somehow cancelled. But it showed up in the mail today - a proof 1954!

My camera rig is packed up, but I'll try to get some photos later.

Do they have any more?thats a date I need for my jefferson proof set..LOL
only 13 short of a complete graded proof set of jeffersons..

Okay, here's the pics I managed to take (sorry about the glare):

I have no experience grading proofs. There are some spots on it. My blue book lists it at $8. I don't have a current RedBook.
