What do you think of grade taking in to account the gouge in rim, but more inportant, the S mint mark?

The presence of a mintmark should have no bearing on the grade. A gouge in the rim if it is too severe would probably cause it to be graded as a problem coin. If it is not too severe it may still cause a small deduction in grade. If you have the coin, post pictures of it.
