Malaysia-10-Cent-1999-Off-Centered,-Peeled-Metal-And-Scratch

Hi, I am quite new in this error numismatics.

So what can we named this coin? Can someone teach and guide me.

I observed that there is an off-centered struck obverse about 20% towards 3 o'clock on obverse.

At 6 o'clock, there is a "peeled" metal outward at obverse. What had caused this?

There is also a "scratch?" on obverse, around 11 to 12 o'clock. What had caused this?

I love to see the fishtailing of word "BANK" on reverse and the patina this coin has.

Always have to be suspicious with modern Malaysian coin errors. Many are "assisted errors", purposely struck by mint insiders for profit. Many are obvious because the errors are so extreme, this one is subtle and can go either way.
