1950 D Decent Cartwheel, Maybe D/S Please Help Judge

So the d is sorta different cant quite tell if the bottom is just fat or its a d/s.

Its got pretty nice cartwheel too for a 60 year old circulated quarter :D

Also please ignore the big black streak on obverse, it can be taken off pretty easy.

looks to me like it could very well be....do you have a 10x loupe you can look at it with?

Yeah I got a 30x loupe and a 10x loupe. It looks kinda like a d/s especially the back side of the D. The reason I am not sure its theres no nodule on the top right of the D.

More opinions very appreciated.
