In the 1806 draped bust Half Cent there are three varieties
small 6-stems
small 6-stemless
large 6 stems

the Red Book and coinfacts do not show clear pictures of these three varieties. I did a google search but same thing, does anyone here have pictures that show and explain the differences between this three varieties ?

The top of the Large 6 extends into the bust, and the small 6 is entirely outside the bust. The stems are on the reverse, almost-horizontal lines at the bottom of the wreath, extending towards the A in AMERICA and the U in UNUM.

Ten minutes ago, I'd never heard of these varieties. I strongly urge you to register for free at Heritage Coins, so you can access their huge database and find answers to these questions as quickly as I can.
