OneBowl Pillar of the Community United States 759 Posts	Posted 09/25/2011 7:04 pm One $30 purchase of one of their "Scarce/Double Sharp" Morgans. No problems at all with that transaction. Coin was an average MS Morgan, but a good value for the price at the time. I am confident they would have honored their return policy. They aren't a saved seller though. Study the pictures thoroughly as IMO, their photography is very good, but can minimize the appearance of any defects. Good luck. Report this Post to the Staff
SeatedNut Pillar of the Community United States 2797 Posts	Posted 09/26/2011 11:04 am I've made about 10 purchases from "Marketables" and their former identity (can't recall it at the moment). The purchases were Morgan dollars and were unattributed varieties (VAMs) that I needed or carried a premium. Sent them all to PCGS and half came back no grade, cleaned. The others were AU, but advertised as unc. Use this as a guideline (50% problem coins and about unc coins are actually AU) and bid accordingly. Report this Post to the Staff

So, I left it at study the pics really good. The pics do not show the wear and blemishes and do a good job of making it appear to be nice, but in reality, ...... Too much of a hassle to return ...
