One $30 purchase of one of their "Scarce/Double Sharp" Morgans. No problems at all with that transaction. Coin was an average MS Morgan, but a good value for the price at the time. I am confident they would have honored their return policy. They aren't a saved seller though. Study the pictures thoroughly as IMO, their photography is very good, but can minimize the appearance of any defects. Good luck.

I've made about 10 purchases from "Marketables" and their former identity (can't recall it at the moment). The purchases were Morgan dollars and were unattributed varieties (VAMs) that I needed or carried a premium. Sent them all to PCGS and half came back no grade, cleaned. The others were AU, but advertised as unc. Use this as a guideline (50% problem coins and about unc coins are actually AU) and bid accordingly.

Tried to edit my post from yesterday, but got a notice that posts over 24 hours old can't be edited in this forum ...

I recalled the previous identity of this seller ... was "CKnoll" for Charlotte Knowlton. She changed to "Marketables" about two+ years ago.

You're right, I was going to say the same thing and add more opinions then thought better of it. So, I left it at study the pics really good. The pics do not show the wear and blemishes and do a good job of making it appear to be nice, but in reality, ...... Too much of a hassle to return ...
