1970-D DDO# 1-O-V-CCw?

I found this 1970-d,along with



1982-d, 1981-d, and 1974-d in a roll sitting in a box of who knows what inside the old office at the bar where I help out slinging beers on the weekend to support my new hobby, and checked out the picture (1970-d DDO# 1-O-V-CCW)on Bubba and Zemo's and I see alot of the same but how could I tell if this was the DDO?WHen all 4 of these coins have weird lettering on the motto.
