I found this coin in my yard years ago. (Have also found seashells and sharks' teeth, even though I am 2 hours from the ocean!). It has an eagle on one side, almost identical to the first large pic on the Roman coins pictured, and I suppose Nero on the other. Can you help me?

You'll get a lot of info here.

PS.... I'm 1000 mi from the sea and I find sharks teeth here. The ocean has been pretty much everywhere.

Just for an interesting story, I have found shale with fossils of crustaceans in them on top of mountains in the Appalachians.
