I've always thought 3 cent silvers are really underrated.

With today's economy, it looks like for about $10,000 you can buy about 9 cents worth of silver LOL,
I have been a long time fan of these beauties, these are some gorgeous examples of an under appreciated coins....That 1869 looks DMPL to me, ..the star really STANDS OUT....WOWWWWWthanks for sharing and dreaming with us....

When I have the money some day I'm going to work on a high grade 3-cent collection. I like oddball denominations and while they aren't cheap, there is no other set I know of where you can get such low mintage coins for so little money.

Very interesting color on the first one but I wouldn't want to own it, the color is too bright and distracting, it's almost ugly with that toning. In my opinion. Now, the other two I would own in a heartbeat.
