ok so I took picture of the 43-d cent. also took pics of my 43-p and 43-s for comparison
you can see that the p and s are more circulated and appear more dull. but that there is the same shine underneath.
i cannot see how this coin would be replated. everything looks original on it. starting to "pit" somewhat on the 43-d?
