Didn't see your explanation first time I looked at it,sorry.I think it's a great find and a very worthwhile variety as the difference just pops out at you,no magnification,or expertise required.How rare is it?


PS Zonad your explanation says the five is from the date of the 25cent coin.Is that an oversight or have you made THE most outstanding dicovery?

I did say 20 cent coin in three spots but you did find where 25 popped out. Corrected, my bad. Thanks

So far... I scoured a few more coin stores in southern Ontario, and at the Brampton coin show... I am still hunting for that and the triple hubbed 1882...

Checked my display piece, it looks normal, I have a few in a roll with other dates now I have to look and see.

Checked six coins in AU or or better and nothing. Not hunting down the EF and lower rolls, far too lazy.

Zonad when I first seen the picture I was WOW! I was trying to figure out how 5 would get there. Then I read lol. That's a nice coin I look for them no luck yet.
