it looks more au 58 to me. The bottom of obverse has many fairly deep nicks and scratches. Plus the reverse has a few smaller nicks.

The awesome cartwheel might bring it up to ms 60 or 62 though because of great eye appeal.

Without looking at the above graders opinions, I was thinking MS64RD. The reverse is what sold me to believing it was MS, not AU.
