Hmmm. Very worn and 2 scratches on reverse. Still, it's a 1921 S.

Can ya'll advise on grade? Perhaps on value?

Fair-2. worth maybe melt to $20, the 1921-S isn't expensive until high grades.

Can you really make out the date on this one? Worth melt only, IMO. If 1921-D, then that's another story!

Have to agree with drdave, might be my eyesight,but I can't see that date; melt only.

Yeah, I can make out the date and mint mark pretty easily. The pic is a scan, and I'm still having trouble converting them into high enough resolutions to post here. At least proudly.

With the date and mint mark readable to the naked eye, does that change all ya'll's opinion?

F-2. I think I see the 21, but I'm not entirely sure. But I agree with Shadow, worth melt to around $20.
