wow, they sold 4 one bills for 25 cents, all they had to do was cut the bills and have $4 in cash,
Not very smart on their end.

Penny4me -- they didnt know what it was. Their was a big zip lock bag full of numismatic pamphlets and this was tucked inside. Sneaky Sneaky

Really, I did not know they were still legit even after cutting. I do know you can go buy them from the US Bureau of Engraving and Printing web site, www.moneyfactorystore.gov/ Interesting. When we visited DC we went down there to take the tour and found out you had to sign up a day ahead to take the tour. Bummer.
Nice find, it is almost holy.

Huh? Why would anyone sell $4 for 25 cents

It is perfectly legal to cut up a sheet and spend it but not a smart thing to do as it is much more valuable as an uncut sheet. Current selling price from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing "Money Factory" store for a Series 2009 4 note sheet is $16.25+shipping.
