Looks like a 4 to me, you can tell by the shadow in the nose detail.
As for grade I think its F-12..

The photos not great but I'd say obv5 because of the first strand of hair and the fact that the odds against obv4 are compelling.If you think there's any chance that it's obv4,go for it,the risk is small and the potential reward huge.
With so few known I wonder if it's not unlike 1872H obv1 quarters which no longer exist,or 1871H obv1 quarters which probably don't exist.I don't have faith in the obverse variety attribution skills at ICCS

You must have faith in your own knowledge and abilities,and then be prepared to overcome arrogance and ignorance.When you have the coin in hand you'll know which obverse it is,but convincing others,if it's obv4,may be tough.
