I'm trying to figure out the blemish on the obverse and what that's going to do to its grading

I would say MS 63 Plus. Nice coin!

Nice coin with minimal contact marks. Typical New Orleans strike. MS-63

Great coin, looks like it has a great cartwheel too!

However it has a lot of small nicks, so many that even with the great shine and carthweel I can not see it more then ms-60

I would lean towards MS-63.
