Just got in an upgrade for my 7070 and thought I should give all a chance to test/hone their grading skills. I'll post NGC's determination tomorrow. All comments most welcome. Paleoguy

Looks uncirculated to me, the 'wear' beneath the B in Liberty I believe is part of the design.
