I found this roll searching. Probably the best 1982 Zincoln I have seen. What do you think it grades?

I've never really tried to grade coins (I am trying to at least get good enough to get close to the proper grade) What would you say keeps this coin from grading MS 66? I would guess cause the strike is a little weak?
