Found a 1943 quarter only $6 at pawn shop good deal or bad deal? and thoughts on a grade ?

Would be nice to see both sides of the coin, and the glare from taking the pic makes it hard to get a true idea of the grade.
However, that said I would hazard a guess at a VF-20 grade, the coin looks to have been cleaned at some point which would take the value down.
Trends lists this coin at $8.00 but I think you would be hard pressed to get that..

Hard to tell from the photos,especially with no reverse,VF20 at least
At a little more than a buck over bullion,it's a good buy for your collection

easily a VF-20. Not a bad deal, considering the hike in the price of silver over the past year.
