That first Bust half and the Large cent look like they may have been cleaned at one point.

A lot of very old circulated coins like these have taken a dip sometime in their life. These coins are not harshly cleaned but they look to have had some work done. Overall they are nice IMO, but if you were to slab them I surely wouldn't guarantee them coming back problem free.
In other words, In my opinion, nice coins but not original surfaces.

A lot of these coins have been cleaned but not all of them. Basically what upstate said.

Yeah, I also don't like the bust half and the large cent, but both were probably cleaned a LONG time ago and look ok to me. A side note: I've personally never trusted any seller ( ebay or otherwise) trying to sell unopened mint or proof sets. Are you trying to tell me not a single owner of those sets over the course of 50+ years wanted to open them. Please. It's a matter of principle for me.

There is no such thing as an "unopened Mint Set", the Mint never sealed them. Any set that is sealed was either licked by someone or the ambient humidity was high enough to moisten the glue.
