We were cruising ebay for some lower price large cents and came across a dealer selling a lot of damaged large cents. I am thinking he likely found them metal detecting. We bid on several and got this one. Its bat up, but has character galore. And we got it for 9 bucks.

I not up much on my early large cents, I just picked one of those up today in fine condiition for $2.25 ISo I guess I got a good deal. I think the reason I did is because the 2x2 flip its in has the date 1851 on it but it is an 1831 It was in my local dealers bargain bin. I'm betting he bought it without looking at it closely. Any idea as to it's value?
