OK Guys I have spent all day looking for a DDO for the 1999-P Nickel and I guess this is a machine double or is it something I have yet to find out, thanks for your help.

Die Deterioration doubling. You can see the "orange peel" which is a good sign of a late die state.

Yeah, I'm thinking Die Deterioration as well.
