I personally wouldn't go more than $35, but maybe because I wouldn't want most of the coins there.

The only thing I see there that has any value, would be the Morgan dollar.

The only notable value there is in the silver content of the Morgan and the Mercury dime, plus a dollar perhaps, for the Indian w/o the hole. Your figure of $34 seems fair to both parties. It's certainly not a deal to lose any sleep over; if the owner says -no-, you have cash to spend in a better place.

Other than the Silver Dollar, I'd just pass on anything over $25. Actually I think I'd pass on the entire mess.

What area are you in Stash Trash. And what are your general coin interests?

That lady is way off in her price.
Coin shops in my area, for $200, you could get two Morgans,
a roll of silver dimes a silver half dollar
and maybe have enough left for a happy meal ...
