That's what happens when your computer skill are terribly lacking.. Thanks anyways.. Went to my ebay.. ..went to this seller..and could not find any kind of seller dashboard or such wording. ...view his items..yes ...contact him..yes.. ...found "follow him" or "unfollow him" and clicked on unfollow.. That's all I could find..sadly..

I thought that we could block his items from tempting anyone to even view them "if" we didn't want to see them. I'm not a seller...(yet) .but my ebay never shows any such wording. ..or dashboard..

It would be pretty crazy in ebay land if that where possible. Seller dashboard is under account.

Thanks for sharing. For the future, remember that an easy way to avoid such auctions is to read the previous negative feedbacks and avoid any suspicious sellers.

Zonad, ebay usually asks to send it back. Maybe you got lucky and your seller does not want IT BACK

We Block "Bayfools" all the time. Better to be proactive than have headaches later on. Best way to avoid problems on ebay don't have any.

Pacific, what kind of buyers do you consider "bayfools"? I have blocked 8 buyers in 12 years. And, as I am once in a while finding out, others have blocked me also. I ask myself WHY buyers are blocked? is it for asking detailed and relative questions? like: why is it that you do not post clear images? Or, how do you plan to send this $ 10 coin for which you are asking $ 30 and $ 27 to ship? we could go on and on with this and list our experiences. But maybe that should be another topic. fact is , most Bay sellers have 2 accounts anyway. so, blocking in my opinion (even though I do it myself, is useless.) and if that does not work, most buyers have friends.. Pacific, perhaps since you sort of started this, maybe you wish to open this new topic? It would be interesting to hear other members experiences.

For instance we blocked a guy yesterday with three different zero accounts, who was an old time trouble maker from 15 years ago. I am like Dumbo I never forget ...............!!!! :0. 47 over to you I will let you start this as a new topic. I am sure the experiences of other buyers and sellers would be very enlightening. You are right a lot of sellers do have a separate buying account, strictly for that purpose. I found in the past that when I was using our selling account there was some very strange bidding driving up the auctions I was interested in. Now I have two separate buying only accounts, one for numismatics and one for general E bay purchases. Hope all is well and have a good XMAS.
