Quote: Yes still send it in Send it in where and for what? If you mean send it in for slabbing NOOO!. The coin is worth maybe a dollar, and the cheapest way to get it slabbed would probably be ANACS for straight grading not variety or error attribution and with shipping and slabbing fees you would still be talking around $20 for $1 coin. Send it to one of the top two and you would be talking $35 to $75 for a $1 coin depending on what options you select. And any error collector would know what this is and wouldn't need a slab to tell them. This is a good example of a coin that doesn't need slabbing.

Jasper, I believe Slamnbass was telling me to send it int to the website Coop put up for me : http://cuds-on-coins.com/lincoln-ce...09-1958-rcd/ To get documented. But the info you gave out was also good info. Ive never slabbed a coin yet. So that was good info. And that sucks that this coin is only worth around a buck. LOL thanks for the info

Yes, that is the site. But great images are all he really needs to list this one or I was wrong on the year, it maybe a match of an existing one. I send BJ an email while back, but haven't heard anything yet. But an image/s showing the full length of the cud/retained Cud would be what he needs along with the date and mint mark.

Partially my fault for making an assumption. VERY frequently when someone posts something people will start telling him to "send it in, send it in" and they usually ARE intending for him to send it to a TPG. I saw the usual "send it in" and assumed they meant "have it slabbed".

BJ has been busy with some other projects but I'll get in touch with him and make sure he is still taking new submissions.
