It looks a lot like the CU-1c-1940S-05R just a later die state? Mine has more of a spread on it.

The coin is worth maybe a dollar, and the cheapest way to get it slabbed would probably be ANACS for straight grading not variety or error attribution and with shipping and slabbing fees you would still be talking around $20 for $1 coin. Send it to one of the top two and you would be talking $35 to $75 for a $1 coin depending on what options you select. And any error collector would know what this is and wouldn't need a slab to tell them. This is a good example of a coin that doesn't need slabbing.
