Reno, we have a photography forum here. Tell them what you use and they will give you tips & tricks but one of my best photography assets aside from my phone is what's called "18% grey". An 8x10 cardboard background that whitebalances you camera perfectly for crisp pics with true color. Then it's just a matter of diffused light and a steady hand

Ya I was thinking that too but jbuck is usually a staunch advocate of using box quotes so I was thrown. What do u think of the the Strikethrough fox? And also the one with red lines I posted in modern error variety waiting for coop

Hmmmm...well I am not an error expert nor do I play one on TV... That said...the strike through is cool but I have no clue what it will be worth. It is not a multi coin needed collectible error like the ASE 08/07's but a random strike imperfection which I'm sure occurs with almost every issue... I also would like it in a slab but would research the potential value addition (if any) for this type of strike imperfection I remember my excitement when I received an ATB 5 ounce puck with VERY noticeable doubling..and was knocked down a notch when it was trashed as " Machine Doubling"... ..I still like it though

Quote: imperfection Exactly. It might detract from the value.

There is a very thick line between "imperfection" and "error" The die error with the 2008 ASE was found on around 47 THOUSAND coins....and this made it collectible...now 69's go for around $400 and the 70's are breaching $900 I got just under 20 of these from the Mint....most are sold but I have a few tucked away

Agreed guys, but with this super low pop key coin anything that can qualify it for an error slab is great and I doubt it will do anything but add to its value to the right collectors. That said, I know it's not a huge error, actually just about THE most minor of errors, but an error nonetheless

It most likely will sell for a premium over similar grade coins ...but...it will be downgraded because of the issue Probably worth the effort though...
