I'm with BH1964 - AU-55. Although there is no luster present, there doesn't appear to be much wear either.

Check for re-punched stars at the lower tips of S9 and S10 should you have a loupe handy. The date measurement and Large O measurement indicate its an F-102 variety.
Nice strong strike on this coin.

You'll want to peruse the site and read the section on Date and MM Measurement than take your loupe and see if you cannot make it match at the specific denticle positions and reverse relief position (for the MM in your case).
